Industrial Reptiles Inc. is a federally registered corporation located in Atlantic Canada. We pride ourselves of producing and selling quality breeding stock and pets. We enjoy engaging with our costumers, and look forward to hearing from you. Please note that all sales are final on livestock. Cancellation of transactions, and sales are strictly prohibited. Time is needed to complete paperwork for international shipment.

Store Policy
Payment:
All amounts are in US Dollars. There is a 20% NON REFUNDABLE deposit to hold the animal(s) you're interested in. Please see "Refund Requirements" for details about refunds. Money is to be paid in full via E-transfer, Stripe, QuickBooks, or Bank to Bank wire before reptiles are shipped. Payments must be made via E-transfer, Stripe, QuickBooks, or bank to bank transaction. Certified checks are also acceptable if agreed to by Industrial Reptiles Inc. If a certified check is the agreed upon method of payment the balance must be paid in full. We only accept credit cards, or other credit payment methods via Stripe, or QuickBooks. PayPal is acceptable for payment via Stripe, or QuickBooks because Industrial Reptiles Inc. doesn't have PayPal. Payment plans are available upon agreement on sales of $1000 or more. Payment plans can be made via Stripe, or QuickBooks. This will allow the payments to be transferred directly from bank to bank. All sales are final once the animals are shipped. In the chance that a refund is required. the refund is paid once a new buyer is found, and pays the cost of the animal(s) involved in the refund. The refund will be minus non-refundable deposit.
Shipping:
Any DOA must be reported within the first 20 minutes of receiving the animal(s). Package must be signed for upon delivery. Shipping is available to various countries. Please inquire for details. Shipping will be via Reptile Express. We ask that you remain patient, and understanding while paperwork is being processed. Industrial Reptiles Inc. waited patiently for our animals. We kindly ask that our customers show us the same respect and understanding. Animals will be shipped ASAP when everything is paid in full, and weather permitting. While the sold animals are in the possession and care of Industrial Reptiles Inc. they will be properly cared for until they're shipped.

Guarantee:
We guarantee all animals on offer are healthy, and properly sexed to the best of our knowledge. We can not guarantee all genetics listed. Genetics is assumed to the best of our abilities. We guarantee all fully paid for animals will be shipped on the next scheduled shipment via Reptile Express (weather permitting). We want our animals to go to good loving homes. FINAL NOTICE: ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Refund Requirements: (20% Deposit May Be Exempt)
Industrial Reptiles Inc. will issue a refund if the following criteria are met:
1) There was an issue with shipping, and shipping was cancelled
2) At the discretion of Industrial Reptiles Inc.
3) A new buyer paid for the animal(s) involved in the refund
