Store Policy
Products less than $1000 must be paid in full unless otherwise discussed.
Animals put on payment plans require a 20%, non-refundable, deposit and must be paid in-full within 3 months, unless otherwise discussed.
All animals being sold will come with a Live Animal and 30 Day Health Guarantee only when HAL (Hold at Location) is selected.
All animals being sold are well-started on frozen-thawed rodents or are otherwise eating their appropriate diets, such as CGD for geckos and vegetation for tortoises.
There are no cash refunds. Losses will be replaced by an animal of equal or greater value as soon as possible.
