Our mission is to provide the best customer service we can, while offering LIFETIME support on any ball python, even animals not purchased from us. We also strive to engage and educate the young snake lovers to help keep this wonderful hobby thriving!
Store Policy
Payment plans available. We require 20% down (non-refundable) must be paid off in 30 days to avoid additional care charges of $25 per month. All shipments are shipped through Redline Shipping. Shipments will follow their policies and recommendations to ensure your animal arrives safe and sound. Buyer pays shipping. $60 flat rate! Free shipping on orders of $700 or more. We ship priority overnight on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays for next day delivery/pickup. We will ONLY ship when it's safe for the animal and insurance is available. We insure the full value of the animal being shipped. We always recommend hub pickup. Home delivery is available in some instances.
Genetics Guarantee: Because of the increasingly complex projects, we can't 100% guarantee accuracy on Incomplete Dominant genes in our animals. Animals will be identified to the best of our ability, and we will never intentionally mislead a customer regarding the genetics of an animal. (Recessive genes, hets, and sex are always fully guaranteed)
All of our animals come with full feed records from the time they hatch! Any animal we are selling that we did not produce will have been in our care for more than a year and have feed records for that entire duration.
Repeat customers receive an automatic 15%-25% off, depending on the animal!
