Store Policy
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Guarantee
We guarantee our animals to be in perfect health upon arrival. We guarantee the animal purchased from us is 100% genetics stated, sex, feeding and free of any defects/kinks. Our animals are Guaranteed to arrive in perfect health and established feeding. One Week Health Guarantee.
Shipping
Shipping cost subject to change, cost is based on weight of the animal and size of the box needed to ship. All animals will be shipped to local hub unless requested by buyer. All on-time arrive alive guarantees are null and void if animal is shipped to personal adress.
We will not ship your animal until we confirm the order & shipping address. In case of home delivery and animal is returned to hub due to absence ALL GUARANTEES ARE NULLIFIED. We only ship Tueasday and Wednesday via FedEx next day, you must pick animal up from a FedEx hub within two (2) hours of arrival or hub opening or ALL GUARANTEES WILL BE NULLIFIED. If incorrect shipping information is provided, ALL GUARANTEES WILL BE NULLIFIED. Shipping will only proceed during proper weather 40*F - 90*F at both shipping and receiving locations.If your animal is DOA, you must notify us within one (1) hour upon receiving your Ball Python. Time of delivery will be determined by the receipt time FedEx provides online of the delivery. DUE TO THE RECENT PANDEMIC WE RECOMMEND ALL ANIMALS BE SHIPPED TO YOUR LOCAL FEDEX HUB FOR PICK UP. ALL ALIVE ARRIVALS AND NEXT DAY SHIPPING WILL NOT BE GUARANTEED IF ANIMAL IS SHIPPED TO A HOME ADDRESS.
Payment
Payment Plans are available as follows:
$400-$999. minimum deposit is 25% and the order must be paid in full within 30 days. All deposits are non-refundable.
$1000 +. minimum deposit is 25% and the order must be paid in full within 45 days. All deposits are non-refundable.
If full payment is not made within allotted time an extension may be granted based on payment history. If payments are not completed, and contact is not made with Millwork Exotics within 7 days of deadline to discuss further payment options, no moneys paid will be refunded or credited.
Payment must be received in full and cleared before shipment or delivery of any animals. We accept the following forms of payment: Credit Cards, PayPal, Square, and Cash App. ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE CLEARED BEFORE ANY ANIMALS ARE DELIVERD OR SHIPPED.
All sales are final, credit will be awarded in exchange of a refund
Returns
Millwork Exotics does not accept returns on live animal purchases unless the animal was DOA or violated our animal guarantee. All DOA claims must be made within one (1) hour of animal arrival accompanied with either photos or a video of the unpackaging. Time of delivery will be determined by the receipt time FedEx provides online of the delivery.
