SALES
In order to purchase a animal you must be 18 years old or older. If you are not 18, I require a parent to contact me to arrange the purchase for you. If you are a new buyer I will be checking your references so please don’t be offended when I ask for them. It is for the safety of my geckos and this should be important to you too. Treehouse Geckos reserves the right to refuse a sale to anyone at anytime.

PAYMENT
I accept payment through all major credit cards, Wire transfer, and Zelle. I will send you a invoice along with a copy of the terms of service before purchase is complete. I NO LONGER ACCEPT PAYPAL.

PAYMENT PLANS
Treehouse Geckos offers payment plans on geckos over $400. Payment plans can be set up over and 30-day period, during which time the animal(s) will be placed "On hold" and will not be eligible for purchase by other buyers.
Payment plans will require a 25% deposit. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE if the buyer changes their mind or fails to complete the payment plan on time. Animal(s) will not be shipped until payment plan has been fulfilled.
*Payment plans of a longer nature may be arranged on a case by case basis and will require a additional fee.

PRICING
Pricing reflects the current market value, specific color and morph, amount of time put into caring for the geckos, as well as the cost of caring for them. Additional offers may be considered but do not be offended if I decline a lesser offer.

HEALTH GUARANTEE AND REFUND POLICY
I offer a 48 hour health assurance on any animal purchased and shipped by Treehouse Geckos. Your gecko is guaranteed to arrive healthy and properly sexed (unless sold as unsexed or probable gender) Louping is not 100% accurate and is only educated guess.
The buyer is responsible for tracking their package and picking it up on time. If the buyer does not pick up the gecko on the day of arrival, all guarantees are voided. Please message me within 30 minutes of picking up your gecko.
In the rare case there is a DOA, you must contact me immediately. Video and photographic proof will be required as well as a report of necropsy from your exotic vet. If the report states that Treehouse Geckos is at fault, a store credit will be issued for the full price of the gecko (less shipping costs) I do not offer refunds.

SHIPPING I am currently only shipping within the continental US. Shipping is offered based on location and will vary given your zip code. Shipping is arranged through Reptiles2you and is carried out by FedEx. Live animals are shipped priority overnight to a FedEx hub ONLY. I cannot ship to your home. Shipping to a hub is the only way I can 100% guarantee your purchase. If your gecko is not picked up on the day of arrival all guarantees will be voided. Please message me within 30 minutes of picking up your gecko. I ship Monday-Wednesday and only when temps fall between 35 and 85 degrees. Geckos will not ship when weather conditions are not safe. I will hold your animal at no extra cost to you until a safer date can be determined.
*Treehouse Geckos is not responsible FedEx delays or tail drops that occur during shipping.

PHOTOS
Pictures are not edited and represent the animal in the best way possible. No additional pictures will be taken unless your animal is on hold for more than 30 days.

GECKO DIET
All animals bred and raised by Treehouse Geckos are fed a rotating diet of Pangea and BP Zoological crested gecko formula. In addition to CGD, all geckos are offered live insects on a weekly basis.
