About
I am a small reptile breeder looking to simplify pet care. We breed various types of geckos, ball pythons. and other reptiles. We are located in the City of Philadelphia and have a full store front dedicated to reptiles & Plants.
Store Policy
Shipping/Policies
First Email Us with the Pet Number and Address for a shipping Quote. The prices on the reptiles do not include shipping unless otherwise noted. For both the buyer and seller protections we send out an invoice by Square. We will Ship via Fedex so we can guarantee live delivery.
Reptiles are not shipped automatic. Once payment is received. Email us to schedule delivery. Every pet is delivered overnight Monday-Wednesday for next day delivery. Orders put in before 3pm can be shipped the next following shipping day.
Jay's Exotics Ships Year Round when weather permits. The health of the animal comes first. We will hold the reptile at no charge until weather permits.
Email must be sent 20 minutes after package have been received if the reptile is Dead On Arrival. If no email is sent within 20 min. The guarantee is voided. Pets are shipped to Fedex Hub and the person picking up the pet must match the invoice name (Fedex will require proof of Id).
Other Policies
Payment plans are only offered on pet over $200.
Downpayment of half amount of the pet is due at the start of the payment plan with the balance of the the payment divided up to a maximum of 6 weeks.
A $10 feeding fee per month will be added for any reptile on a payment plan. A 5% fee is added to the total for any payment plan that is longer than 6 weeks (Charged every 14 days).
The buyer will pay for any finance fee acquired thru paypal or square up. All electronic payments will have a 3% processing fee and the buyers is responsible for any local & state taxes.
