Aniimal Guarantee
We guarantee genetics as advertised; however, in some multi-gene animals it can be tricky to do this accurately and performing further breeding trials is often necessary for genetic validation; in these cases, we will make our best determination based on the genetics involved in the pairing.
We guarantee the animals to be healthy, well fed and correctly sexed. It is the responsibility of the customer to know how to properly care for the animals they purchase. We want you to succeed and we are here to answer any questions and offer any advice you feel you may need.

We also accept payment plans, we require a 25% non refundable on the total of the sale. Payments must be made in a timely manner and once animal is payed in full, shipping can be arranged.
We do and always will reserve the right to refuse and/or refund sales to any person for any reason.
Live arrival guarantee and conditions
In the rare instance of a dead on arrival occurrence, we will work with you! If any of the following conditions are not met, our live arrival guarantee is void.
• You must receive your shipment within 30 minutes of delivery.
• We must be given the correct shipping information.
• Your reptile(s) must be shipped to a suitable FedEx location.
Should your reptile arrive dead, we will need you to send us a picture within 30 minutes of delivery of the deceased animal on top of the shipping box showing the shipping label.
**You must provide additional photos, videos and/or any other details if requested.
Once received, your reptile is completely yours! We are not responsible for the animal while in your care. If you ever have any questions surrounding the care of the animal we are always happy to help you!
Once you submit your payment you have committed to be the owner of your reptile. We do accept returns and cancellations, but we are not obligated to pay for the reptile or the costs of shipping. If you need to re-home your reptile, please let us know and we will do our best to help you!
1. Shipping is available in the 48 lower United States with standard shipping fees.
2. Animal must be paid in full prior to shipment. Shipping is done Monday-Thursday through FedEx.
3. We accept PayPal, other payment types can be discussed.
4. Short term payment plans are available
5. Discounts if you purchase multiple animals.
6. Seller is not responsible for medical costs that buyer accumulates unless negotiated prior.
7. In the event of a return for any reason, the price of the animal will only be refunded, shipping and handling will NOT be refunded.
IF YOU HAVE A BRAND NEW ACCOUNT, PAYMENT MUST BE MADE VIA ZELLE ON THE FIRST PURCHASE..... NO EXCEPTIONS
Communication is important in any contract. If you have any questions, please contact us prior to purchase. If, for some reason, there is a problem with your new reptile, please contact us also, even if the guarantee periods have expired. We will try to help as much as possible.
