We have an exceptional collection of quality captive bred reptiles. All animals in our breeding program were handpicked for superior color, pattern and genetics. We maintain our animals with the top of line equipment and strictest protocols to ensure the health of of our collection and the animals we produce.

Quality and Service:
We strive to provide the highest quality animals to our customers.
All animals will be represented honestly and accurately.
All animals are guaranteed to be outwardly healthy and parasite free.
We do our best to properly sex our animals, please note some species are more difficult than others. Buyer must verify animals to be properly sexed within 48 hours of arrival and notify us immediately of any discrepancies.
Payments:
All sales of live animals are Final. Proof of ID will be required for new customers.
All orders must be paid in full before shipping will occur.
We gladly accept cash, personal checks, cashiers check, money orders and credit/debit card. All checks
must clear the bank before shipping will occur. ***Due to PayPal's updated terms of service we will no longer be accepting them as payment.***
Payment plans:
We are no longer accepting payment plans at this time.
Multiple inquires:
In some cases, there may be multiple individuals that have inquired about an animal within a narrow time-frame. When this happens, I will answer each initial inquiry in the order it was received but the final sale will go to the individual that pays first. If I am communicating with multiple individuals about an animal, I will disclose that fact to all parties. I do this to provide transparency to my potential customers, not to pressure a sale.
Shipping:
We ship all animals using Ship Your Reptiles or ReptilesExpress to the FedEx hub nearest your location.
We guarantee live arrival when all of the following conditions are met.
Weather must be within acceptable ranges. We do not ship animals when it is below 40 degrees or above 90.
Any deaths in shipping must be reported within 24 Hours of arrival. Deaths incurred during shipping will be fully
refunded once proof of death has been confirmed. Proof of death will need to be provided within 48 Hours.
Any dissatisfaction with an animal must be reported within 24 hours of arrival, In the event that an animal is
returned to us, the money will be refunded once the animal is shipped back to me at the customers expense. We will not cover return shipping costs.
NOTE - Failure to read these terms, whether accidental or intentional, will not, under any circumstances, be a reason to consider them void or altered.
