***No returns/refund unless there is a mistake from our part
***For live arrival guarantee,
Buyer must report within 2 hours if there are any problems
***Buyer must be present and sign during delivery
***For fedex pick up, snake must be picked up with in 2 hours of arrival
***Buyer must provide unboxing video.

***Shipping fee is flat rate $80 for hatchlings to juveniles up to 8ft
