Store Policy

Currently all animals are only available for pick up as J-Cap Reptiles is located in New England and the temperatures are just too low to ship animals right now. Once outdoor temps rise to a shipping friendly level, all animals will be listed as available for Regional Shipping as well. In the meantime, the “for sale” geckos are available for pick up. Once animals are able to be shipped, shipping charges will apply.
You must be 18 years or older to purchase an animal. If under the age of 18 you must have your guardian’s consent and they must make the purchase.
Payment: Geckos must be paid in full before a customer will receive the animal.
If it is felt that it is in the best interest of the animal, J-Cap Reptiles reserves the right to decline any sale.
J-Cap’s will only sell our healthy animals.
All gecko purchases include a 7-day health guarantee.
If within 7 days of receiving your animal it becomes sick or dies, we will offer a credit toward the purchase of another animal, provide a refund, or we will provide replacement of similar price. Proof of death or illness must be provided and must be reported to us right away. Any injuries sustained after you receive the animal is not covered by the 7- Day health guarantee.
Our animals are well taken care of and receive everything they need to thrive and be healthy.
