I'm a mother of a wild and danger prone 4 year old with a drive for constant attention and adventure. I'm additionally blessed with a husband that suffers through my hobby/obsession with a lot of patience and grace. I work in a big and busy hospital that has lost some staff - so I've got a few extra shifts on my plate now. Please be patient with me. Please keep communications and transactions easygoing for both our sakes. Work is paying the bills, so that takes priority over snake sales. I will answer your email, or get you a tracking number, but only after I've gotten the big stuff taken care of first.
Speaking of extra work and the fearless 4 year old, I want more time to take kiddo out camping/fishing/to the zoo/etc, and my day job isn't going to let up any time soon. Something has to give time wise, so If you see I've started listing breeder animals or even large unproven females... this is the reason.
I will absolutely entertain reasonable offers, so if you like my animal, but you see a comparable one priced a little cheaper, send me an email and let's talk. If you're looking at a group sale you can definitely get a discount, again let's talk. I enjoy respectful haggling! I don't like 'What is the lowest you'll go?'
Store Policy
SHIPPING HAS RESUMED (though sporadically) - as long as temps are above freezing we are in business!
All animals' sex and genetics are guaranteed.
HEALTH GUARANTEE:
All animals are guaranteed to arrive alive and healthy.
Failure to pick up the animal on the day of arrival, or to sign for that animal on the first delivery attempt, invalidates the live arrival/health guarantee.
If you have any health concerns with your new animal upon arrival, you must contact me via email on the day of delivery, within 2 hours of picking up/receiving the package. Send me photographs of the deceased/sick animal, images of any damage to the box, and a description of the condition of the animal and packaging. If you notice damage to the package, I highly recommend you shoot a video as you open the package and send that to me as well.
You will not receive a full refund on a live animal unless you return it to me for inspection and veterinary care. In such a case, I will pay for return shipping and reimburse you for the full cost of the animal + shipping.
If the animal is deceased upon arrival, in addition to sending me general photographs within 2 hours as required above, I may request you submit additional photographs of specific areas of the animal's pattern before I will issue any refund. If you have provided me with the requested pattern photos of the animal, and they match my records, I will issue a refund for the price of the animal plus shipping.
SHIPPING:
We ship out Tuesdays for arrival Wednesday.
Overnight shipping via FedEx to be held at your nearest FedEx Ship Center is strongly preferred.
FedEx home delivery is also an option, but you must sign for the animal on the first delivery attempt.
Pickup in Rochester MN is available.
Temperatures must be between 40F and 90F along the entire shipping route for home delivery.
Temps must be between 32F and 90F along the entire route for Hub delivery.
If you choose to have an animal shipped on a day we advise you not to, or insist on home delivery when we advise you to pick up at the FedEx Ship Center, your live arrival guarantee is VOID (no refund will be issued if the animal arrives sick or deceased).
Failure to pick up the animal on the day of arrival, or to sign for that animal on the first delivery attempt, invalidates the live arrival guarantee (no refund will be issued if the animal arrives sick or deceased).
PAYMENT PLANS AND LONG TERM HOLDS:
A non-refundable 25% down will be required to hold any animal.
30 day payment plans on animals up to $300
60 day payment plans on animals up to $500
90 day payment plans on animals above $500
Should you choose to back out of the sale for any reason, I will refund any additional payments you have made, but NOT the initial 25%.
PAYMENT:
We currently accept PayPal, or cash in the case of local pick up. If you choose to use PayPal I will send you an invoice to the email address of your choosing. The animal will not ship until the money has 'cleared the bank'.
TRADES:
In person only, OR if we've done business before or otherwise built trust/rapport... it would take some 'hand-holding' for sure.

Bogertophis subocularis - Wild Rose Pass, Boy Scout Road - or any of the orange localities and I'll be in your debt forever.
Zamenis situla - unrelated Male Female pair especially sought after. I'd like to eventually acquire breeders of both the Striped and the Spotted.
Senticolis triaspis - especially an unrelated pair.
Male Woma python - outstanding contrast and must retain black 'eyebrows' <-- I am super picky and hard to please on the womas.
