We are a family that loves each and every ones of our reptiles and decided to turn our hobby into a business so we could share our love of reptiles with others. We strive to produce top quality animals that will bring joy to those those that get them. Customer service is of upmost importance to us, that is why we are always available for anyone that has any questions and we love to help in any way we can.
Edit* it took us 3 months but we have finished our relocation out of state to TX and are now fully available to respond to messages quickly.
Store Policy
SHIPPING
We ship Tuesday and Wednesday. Live arrival is guaranteed with temps above 40 degrees and below 90 degrees on both ends.
TO YOUR DOOR SHIPMENTS
Package must be signed for on first delivery attempt or guarantee is void. We do not guarantee live arrival on shipments to your door under extreme weather conditions (under 40 degrees or over 90 degrees F)
TO YOUR LOCAL HUB SHIPMENTS (Our preferred shipping method)
All animals held for pick up at FedEx center must be picked up within 2 hours of being available or guarantee is void. Any issues must be reported with pictures within 1 hour of package being signed for.
Buyer must be 18 years or older , or have written parental consent prior to purchase.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept cash, PayPal, Zelle and Venmo.
PAYMENT TERMS
We will gladly work out a short term payment plan with you if you can not pay in full right now.
Payment plans typically require a nonrefundable 25% deposit. We do not hold animals without a deposit which will hold it for 30 days. Payment plans must be agreed to beforehand and are on a case by case basis.
No animal is considered sold until paid in full.
STORE POLICY
We will not put up an animal for sale until it has had at least 7 consecutive meals and is considered a solid eater. We want to make sure they are well started and healthy before sending them off to new homes. We keep records of genetics, hatch dates, meals, weights and sheds so if you ever had a question we would be able to provide you the history on your new baby.
