Store Policy
READ STORE POLICY
Live arrival guarantee is void if there are delays in shipment. As I have no control over that. But try my best to help prevent it by shipping on Tuesday or Wednesday. A death on arrival MUST be reported within 30 MINUTES of delivery. Or an hour after snake is available for pickup from your local hub.
Video proof or deceased animal needs to be shipped back in order to refund for a deceased animal. Signatures are always required. So if you authorize someone else to receive your package but their name is not on the label. I can’t offer coverage as we never spoke of the person or arranged that person to receive your snake. Unless it was my own mistake that it was sent to someone else.
I do my best to label genetics as best as I can. I also gender the snake as accurately as possible through popping and/or probing. Please make sure to contact me for an issue within 24 hours of receiving or current health of snake is your responsibility. I do that to protect myself from being responsible of buyers possibly unsatisfactory husbandry later on. And as for sex if there is a misgendering which is extremely rare but it needs to be known within 72 hours to fix the issue or I assume you accept it as is.
If you really need/ want me to ship on a Monday or Thursday you must understand the risks.
Must allow a 15% margin of error for weight. Though this is rare.
Payment plans
I can do payment plans for 30-60 days based completely on the amount of the animal. Animals under $150 are not eligible for a payment plan. I request a 25% non refundable down payment through friends and family ONLY. If payment in full is not made within the agreed time frame then we reserve the right to put the snake back up for sale. And no refunds for deposit and possibly part of payments will be given because of time wasted and loss of potential sale depending on length of term.
No Return for buyer’s remorse, it has to be a serious issue like death, or a mis-sexed snake.
If for any reason it is really necessary for you to return, the snake needs to return is the same condition and in the same box if possible.
Failure to read policy does not make it void.

REFUNDS
For extreme cases only. If a refund is the solution for a transaction then a refund will be given. But any PayPal fees taken out from you paying through goods and services cannot be reimbursed. Fee to send payment back through friends and family is also taken out of total. There are certain exceptions. Like if you paid through cashapp, zelle, PP F&F then the total will be given without fee taken out.
