Store Policy
The Python Factory has the right to refuse a sale to anyone, for what ever the reason may be. Terms & conditions are subject to change as we deem necessary. All Pythons come with a 14 day health guarantee, for this guarantee to be effective you must provide proper care for your python. Alive arrival is guaranteed, someone must be home to accept your Python on the first attempt, if for some reason you know that you will not be able to accept your Python, you can have him or her held at your nearest FedEx hold center. we will contact you by phone or email to confirm the date you are available to accept your dragon, we also have the right to hold from shipping if weather is not safe for shipping, if your python has arrived and for what ever reason he or she is deceased, do not throw away the animal, you must contact us with in 30 minutes of you receiving the animal, and it will be handled accordingly, in most case's we will send you a replacement animal if there is no replacement available a full or partial refund will be given, depending on the situation. we ship all our pythons knowing that they are in good health and thriving, and feeding great, if for some reason you feel there maybe something not right with your pythone please contact us do not wait until time has gone by. We do our best to accurately sex our babys, and have been for many years. There is no guarantee on the baby sex under 6 months old, as these young boys and girls are still developing.
Payments:
payments methods that I except PayPal, Zelle,cash app , venmo ,
I do payment plans $500 and above. payment plans are case by case. There will be no discounts on animals put on a payment plan.
I also give a 30 minute window from the time the buyer says there going to pay, for that payment to be made, in some cases i may move to the next buyer.
Shipping:
Here at The Python Factory our number one priority is that your Python arrives to you safely, with that being said we only ship fed-ex priority overnight Monday - Wednesday, and also the weather has to meet the requirements as well. There may be time were i will only ship to a fedex hub.
