Small breeder located in Portland, Oregon. I breed with my best friend and together we have a collection heavy in BEL complex genetics and are getting into YB and Black Pastel complex as well. In addition to Ball Pythons, I keep a variety of other critters like Leopard Geckos, Dart Frogs and a small colony of Mourning Geckos. We are excited to get into the hobby and product top quality animals at a great hobby price!

7 Day Health Guarantee
All animals are guaranteed to be free of health issues for 7 days after arrival - including scalerot, respiratory illness, burns, mites and good body condition unless disclosed at the time of sale or at the fault of the buyer. Because of the amount of time that it can take for Ball Pythons to settle in after shipping, not feeding in the first week is not a guarantee we make. Ball pythons that do not feed are not subject to any of the following refund/ replacement clauses, but are guaranteed to be feeding prior to shipping unless disclosed prior.
Reimbursement - Reimbursement for health issues in the first 7 days will be capped at the purchase price of the animal and sufficient evidence of costs associated with the issue must be provided to receive reimbursement, ie veterinary report to outline issue, cause (if possible) and total cost of treatment and photos of habitat provided to the animal while in buyer’s care. Proof of temperatures and humidity may be requested. If a health issue is present at the time of sale and disclosed by seller, it will be exempt from the previous reimbursement clause and the following return clause.
Return - Return related to discovered health issues in the first 7 days will be for a 100% refund of the cost of the animal, unless determined not appropriate by seller and also will require sufficient veterinary evidence or video/photo, where applicable, of the issue present. Seller will pay return shipping and a refund will be issued once the animal has arrived. Return or reimbursement can only be stacked at the discretion of the seller, otherwise one, whichever is determined to be the most appropriate will be applicable. Return for anything other than a health related issue at the fault of the seller and present at the time of sale without full disclosure will not be considered.
Replacement - Replacement will be considered in place of refund/return at the discretion of the seller. Replacement will be offered as an animal of similar sex and genetics available. When close replacement is not available, the replacement cost will be capped at the cost of the original animal (not including shipping) and buyer will pay for shipping of replacement animal, seller will cover shipping costs of animal being returned. Original animal must be returned prior to shipping out replacement animal, unless agreed upon by buyer and seller.
Sex and Genetics Guarantee
Sex and Genetics are guaranteed accurate unless otherwise stated in the original posting or following conversation and disputes will be handled on a case by case basis. Sex/genetics that may not be accurate at the time of sale may be returned for a refund within 7 days or replaced with another animal at the same cost of the animal as it was originally sold and are subject to the return/replacement clauses stated above.
Shipping
Shipping will be calculated based on location. Shipping will be done through SYR Fed Ex Priority Overnight. Live Arrival is guaranteed on animals collected within 2 hours of delivery under normal shipping conditions. Delays do happen with shipping and exceptions will be made on a case by case basis. In the case of DOA - photo/video evidence of death will be requested with proof of packaging and presented to seller within 2 hours of arrival. In the case of DOA, a replacement animal or refund may be offered if cause of DOA is determined to be the fault of the seller. Seller does not assume responsibility for DOA caused by delay in shipment, poor practices by courier, or buyer not unpacking animal within the first two hours of delivery etc. and any request for refund or replacement will be taken on a case by case basis.
Deposits and Payment Plans
A 20% deposit can hold any animal over $300 for up to 30 days. Buyer will have 30 days from the date of the 20% deposit to pay the remaining balance + shipping before the animal will be sent out, and failure to complete a payment plan may result in a refund of the entire amount excluding the 20% deposit which is nonrefundable. Any animal under $300, not including shipping will not be eligible for payment plan unless agreed upon by the buyer and seller in which case they would also require a 20% non refundable deposit to hold the animal. Payment plans longer than 30 days may be extended at the discretion of the seller but will be limited to terms set at the time of the extension. Failure to complete payment by the extended time agreed upon will be subject to the same refund outlined under the standard 30 day policy.
