I've started out like most hobbyist working in a pet store and have been interested in bearded dragons since the 90s. It never really occurred to me how much I would love them until recently. Now, I keep a collection of bearded dragons and specialize in the "red morph".
Store Policy
I ship FedEx Priority Overnight Tuesday for Wednesday delivery & Wednesday for Thursday delivery. I do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska. The dragons are guaranteed healthy and eating well before the time of shipment. After the dragons are shipped out, I cannot guarantee after the animal is out of my hands.
I only guaranty live arrival to a accepted shipping Hub. Delivering to a personal address is out of my control and therefore live arrival guaranty is void.
If you receive a D.O.A. dragon, please contact us a.s.a.p. within a reasonable time frame (2 hours) with a photo or video of the deceased dragon. We will likely ask for the dragon's return to us so please do not throw away any shipping material. The refund amount is for the dragon only. Not the shipping cost! We do not cover vet bills. Dragon's can go through a lot of stress during shipping and may require a week or two to become comfortable with the new location.
I stand by my dragons and all descriptions of my dragons are honest and true.
We use Reptile Express priority overnight for our shipments which is through FedEx. Shipping are all dependent on weather permitting. We will notify you either from texting or email.
