Store Policy
ANIMAL GUARANTEE:
We guarantee all animals to arrive in good health, properly sexed and with accurate genetics. If there is a problem with your purchase we need to be notified within the first 24 hours of receiving the animal. Issues arising outside of this timeframe are not the responsibility of the seller.
PAYMENT:
All prices are in CAD. We accept EMT (Email Money Transfer), Direct Deposit, Cheque, Money Order and PayPal. All payments must clear before we ship the animal.
PAYMENT PLANS:
All payment plans require a minimum of 25% non-refundable deposit. We offer up to 30 day payment plans on purchases under $1000usd, and up to 90 day plans for purchases over $1000usd. Animals will not be placed on hold until the 25% deposit is received. Cancelation of your purchase at anytime following the deposit being made will result in loss of the full deposit amount.
SHIPPING:
We ship across Canada and the USA using Reptile Express.
CANADA - Flat rate of $125cad, or FREE with purchases over $1000usd.
USA - Flat rate of $350cad (one animal) + $150cad per additional animal. (Please contact for non-cites animals)
Failure to...
a) receive the shipment on first delivery attempt
b) pick up shipment from shipping hub within 2 hours of shipment arrival
c) provide proper shipping information
...will result in the live arrival guarantee being void, and the seller not being held responsible. There are NO exceptions. In the case of an animal being deceased on arrival (within the above limits), we are to be notified within 2 hours of receiving the animal and provided with pictures. These situations will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
