Store Policy
Buyer must be at the shipping address to sign and receive the snake on first attempt to deliver for guaranteed live arrival. If your shipment is held at a facility for pick up you need to pick up within 2 hours of the snakes arrival at facility for live arrival guarantee. We appreciate your business and strive to do our very best with every purchase. But like everyone else we are human. It is Important to check the sex of every snake when you receive them so that any mistakes, issues or concerns can be addressed and corrected immediately. Any issues must be reported within 2 hours after delivery of the snake.
We may refuse to accept an order:
1.) where goods are not available;
2.) where we cannot obtain authorization for your payment;
3.) if there has been a pricing or product description error; or
4.) if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.
Refunds/Returns/Cancellations

Order cancellations will be subjected to a 15% restocking fee unless an error has occurred by JGReptile.
All animals are guaranteed to be healthy, feeding and properly sexed. Upon accepting delivery buyer agrees that the animals are exactly as represented in color, pattern, size and sex. I will happily exchange any animal for any reason within 24 hours of receipt. Deposits are non refundable unless we are unable to supply the reserved animal.

It is uncommon but possible an animal may be sexed incorrectly and the problem wasn’t noticed for week(s), months or years. That makes it difficult for JGReptile to fix it. The buyer has a responsibility here as well to make sure at the time of delivery we both agree on the sex.

If you wish to cancel your order, you can notify us before we have dispatched the animals to you. Once they have been dispatched to/received by you, you will need to contact us within the first 24 hours to arrange their return and replacement or store credit.
