Store Policy
Sales / Shipping Guarantee:
1. If Seller backs out of a deal that Buyer has paid money into, Seller is responsible to pay back 100% of the money, including any portion labeled as non-refundable.
2. If Seller goes 14 days or more without a response to Buyer that has given them money and not yet received the animal, then the Seller may forfeit all rights to any non-refundable portions and owes the Buyer a 100% refund if/when they ask for it, subject to MorphMarket’s discretion.
3. Animals are guaranteed to arrive to Buyer alive and in good health condition.
4. Seller guarantees that the animal being delivered is exactly the one represented in the ad, unless otherwise stipulated in the ad with the use of an official Representative Photo.
5. Seller guarantees the sex of the animal being delivered. Claim period is 7 days, please double check the sex of your purchase upon arrival.
6. Seller guarantees the animal was shipped out in a healthy state and shipped according to all FedEx or UPS’s rules and regulations. Buyer is responsible for animal injury or loss if buyer fails to obtain animal immediately after home delivery or pickup within 8 hours of hub delivery.
8. If the animal is shown to be sick or injured within 24 hours of delivery as proven by the Buyer (with photos and videos, as needed), seller is responsible for refund or replacement.
9. Seller is not responsible for animal temperament.
10. All shipments are shipped out Monday-Wednesday with no exceptions.
11. Shipment could be delayed and help off until weather in BOTH shipping area AND receiving area are clear and not hazardous.
Store policy. Payment methods: We accept most forms of payment, including: Credit Cards, PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, and Money Orders / Certified Checks. Payments are non-refundable, and all sales are final.
Payment plans: We generally ask for a 25% deposit and the balance to be paid within 30-60 days. Every payment plan is on a case by case basis. Deposits & payments are non-refundable, all sales are final.
Heath Guarantee: All animals are 100% guaranteed for safe and healthy arrival.
