All animals are guaranteed to be live, feeding, healthy and properly sexed. Live arrival guarantee is void if you are not there to receive the animal. In the event of a doa notification must be made within one hour of delivery. We must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of any other problem.
Shipping is with FedEx overnight through ship your reptiles or reptiles2you according to their guidelines. We ship Monday - Wednesday weather permitting.
Payment is through PayPal or cash if doing local pickup.
25% nonrefundable deposit to hold animal. Balance is due within 30 days unless other arrangements are made.
