Store Policy

Payment:
All sales of live animals are Final. All orders must be paid in full before shipping will occur. Payment plans are not available. PayPal is the preferred method of payment.

Shipping:
We ship all animals using ReptilesExpress.
Live arrival is guaranteed when all of the following conditions are met:
-Shipping date is agreed upon by both parties.
-Someone must be present to sign for and accept package on 1st delivery attempt.
-Weather must be within acceptable ranges. We do not ship animals when it is below 40 degrees or above 90.
-Any deaths in shipping must be reported within 24 Hours of arrival. Deaths incurred during shipping will be fully
refunded once proof of death has been confirmed. Proof of death will need to be provided within 48 Hours.

If you are dissatisfied with the animal you receive, it must be reported within 24 hours of arrival. Returns are accepted and the cost of the animal will be refunded once the animal is shipped back to me at the customers expense. We do not cover return shipping costs.

MorphMarket's Default Store Policy specifies any terms which have not been overridden by this Seller's stated policy.
