Please do not send me an inquiry unless you are serious. My time is valuable. These are my babies until I agree to sell one to you. If you contact me and then you leave me on seen, I may refuse to do any future business with you.
LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE:
The live arrival guarantee is offered on hub to hub shipping only with pickup within one hour of arrival at hub. Photo and video of animal must be sent to me within 30 minutes of pickup.
HEALTH GUARANTEE:
We provide a 72 hour health guarantee on our animals as long as proper husbandry is being followed, with proper temps, lighting, supplements and proof of illness via vet records within the 72 hours period.
Gender is not guaranteed on babies, however, we try to be as accurate as possible.
Payment options can be arranged with a $50.00 non-refundable deposit or 25% of the cost of the animal, whichever is greater, and remaining balance paid within 7 days, deposits are nonrefundable if buyer backs out before paying off the animal. *No holds on sale animals, the sale price is only available for the period of the sale and must be shipped out directly.
All sales are final. If the buyer chooses to back out of a sale before the animal is shipped, that money can go towards a different animal.
All animals will be shipped out promptly, and tracking numbers will be provided as soon as possible. Any weather related factors will be taken into consideration and could potentially delay shipping out until the following week. Example: freezing weather, flood zones, hurricanes, tropical storms, tornado warnings.
Exact animal guaranteed, keep in mind that lighting and shedding can change the appearance slightly. No further photos will be offered on the animal that is being inquired on.
We guarantee the animal was shipped out in a healthy state and shipped according to all FedEx rules and regulations
Seller is not responsible for animal temperament nor can I assure that the animal you purchase will bond to the customer/be friendly upon n arrival. We recommend giving your animal a period of adjustment after arriving, which includes minimal handling so that it can settle in properly.
