Store Policy
Please read this before inquiring for a reptile from us, thanks.
Live Animal Guarantee / Shipping
Shipping charges are not included in the price of the gecko unless noted. We ship overnight air through ShipYourReptiles. Shipping will be based on your area so please contact us for an accurate quote. We can only ship our reptiles when the weather is safe to do so between 45 and 85 degrees Fahrenheit. Don't worry we will care for your gecko until it is safe to ship. We guarantee that all animals will arrive alive and guarantee health for 7 days. Please make sure to keep the gecko away from your other animals in quarantine. Also be sure the weather conditions are correct in your area before scheduling the shipment with us.
We will never knowingly ship an animal that is sick and unhealthy. If your gecko should arrive dead please contact us within 30 minutes of receiving it. All health guarantees are void if we are not contacted during this time frame. Someone must also be there to sign for the gecko, this is very important. We will not be responsible if the package was not signed for on the first delivery attempt. We may require either a picture or we may request that the gecko be shipped back to us if it arrives dead. If an animal arrives dead we will replace it with one of equal value, give credit towards another gecko or a give a refund minus shipping. If we do not hear from you we will assume your gecko arrived safe and healthy.
If you would like to hold any animal a non refundable payment of 40% of what the animal is with worth will have to be paid in order to have the animal held. The rest of the payment will need to be sent within the next 30 days of the initial 40% down payment. If you do not complete the payment then your money will be returned to you aside from the first 40% that was meant to hold the animal. When agreeing to the down payment you agree to pay the animal in full with in the next 30 days if we are never contacted after the down payment has been made we will attempt to contact you, but if there is no response after the 30 day period has passed the animal will be put back up for purchase for other buyers.
Sexing - Sex is not guaranteed unless noted on the listing.
We assume that if you contacted us about purchasing a reptile that you have read our store policy and understand the commitment you are making.
