Here at Bougie Pets we strive to produce quality reptiles, including top notch bearded dragon babies and Ball Python combinations that will help change industry standards with exceptional animal care and husbandry. We care so much for our animals that we also manufacture the PVC racks and enclosures that they live in, to ensure the upmost care and replicate the animals environment that exceeds most peoples standards. Store Policy
No shipping if temperature conditions below 40F or above 90F between destinations jeopardizing the health and safe arrival of your snake.
NOTE: We feed a varied diet of Live Mouse, Rat & F/T Rat to ensure a healthy and safe transition to your feeding routine.
We guarantee sex & genetic makeup (unless specified differently in description). Live arrival guaranteed with FedEx overnight to a HUB. Notification must be made within 1 hour of pick up of a DOA and must be accompanied by photo and video support. DOA may result in A) full refund, B) customer reselection or C) replacement or upgrade at sellers discretion via communication with buyer.
Bougie Pets is not responsible for shipping delays by carrier resulting arrival exceeding the 24 hour turnaround or for those caused by the buyer (e.g., wrong address given, door not answered when delivery is attempted, etc.).and insurance is always recommended but at the discretion and responsibility of the buyer.
Seller guarantees the animal was shipped out in a healthy state and shipped according to all FedEx rules and regulations.
Payments, Deposits and Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable if the Buyer backs out of a deal.
If Seller backs out of a deal that Buyer has paid money into, Seller is responsible to pay back 100% of the money, including any portion labeled as non-refundable.
If Seller fails to ship the order for more than 7 days after it was paid in full in a single payment and did not communicate that delay (e.g., weather conditions) to the Buyer before the payment, then the Seller may forfeit all rights to any non-refundable portions and owe the Buyer a 100% refund if/when they ask for it, subject to MorphMarket’s discretion.
If Seller goes 10 days or more without a response to Buyer that has given them money and not yet received the animal, then the Seller may forfeit all rights to any non-refundable portions and owe the Buyer a 100% refund if/when they ask for it, subject to MorphMarket’s discretion.
MorphMarket's Default Store Policy
specifies any terms which have not been overridden by this Seller's stated policy.
