Store Policy

Live arrival guarantee:
Animals are guaranteed to arrive alive and in good health. In order to ensure the live arrival guarantee:
- package must be held at a FedEx ship center for pickup. Unfortunately we cannot make exceptions for this at this time, as Fedex is no longer honoring delivery times and packages have been delayed and left on vehicles for delivery for the entire day.
- you must send me an update on the animal's condition upon pickup within 1 hour of the delivery timestamp
- animal MUST be picked up the same day

Health guarantee:
Animals are guaranteed to arrive in good health, eating prey as stated in their ad, and properly sexed. Customers purchasing an animal are expected to have basic knowledge of care and husbandry for the species they are purchasing. Please do research prior to buying an animal. Once an animal is in the care of the new owner, I am unable to confirm if the husbandry or environment is suitable for the animal.

A few things that you must take into consideration:
- you MUST have a thermostat for each heat source you are utilizing. (thermometers are not to be used in place of a proper thermostat)
- give the animal time to acclimate to its new environment before offering to feed (your animal has been feeding well in my care and will not starve in a week's time). Also please do not offer babies food on a daily or every other day basis. They should be offered prey 1 time per week. If they do not accept their prey item, wait one week and try again.

Payment / Payment plans:

I accept Paypal, Square invoice, Zelle for payments. Unfortunately at this time we are not able to offer payment plans.

Shipping: We ship through Reptiles2you, and we only ship when temperatures are between 40 and 90 degrees fahrenheit.
