At Saints & Serpents we use our passion for snakes, the latest scientific research and over 30 years of experience working with snakes to produce the absolute highest quality animals.
We are 100% committed to your complete satisfaction with the snakes you purchase from us. All of our breeders are tested for Nidovirus and other infectious diseases at the Zoo Medicine Infectious Disease Laboratory at the University of Florida*. In addition, we always strive to stay up to date on the latest data and research concerning ball pythons being published in scientific journals and related publications.
We follow the same sanitation protocols used at veterinary hospitals and clinics by using F10 SCXD sanitizing solution to sanitize the floors, walls, containers and any other objects in our facility that may come into contact with our snakes.
At Saints & Serpents we also breed our own ASF rodents feeding them only highest quality food produced by Mazuri. We choose to use Natal multimammates (Mastomys natalensis) also known as ASF's because it is one of ball pythons natural food sources. In addition, our research and other research has shown that ASF's are the optimal food source for ball pythons producing healthier and more vibrant snakes, larger clutch sizes and greater hatch rates. We also use the same sanitation protocols we use for our snakes to ensure the cleanest environment for all of our animals.
We do all of this to ensure that when you purchase a snake from us that you can be confident that you are purchasing a beautiful and healthy snake that you can enjoy for years to to come.
*Note: No test is completely foolproof and 100% accurate the chance for false negative is always possible. However, by using a reputable source like the University of Florida to conduct our testing for us you can have confidence in the results.
Store Policy
Shipping: Shipping is $65 overnight to your door in the United States. We ship Monday through Thursday. If you place your order before 4:00 pm eastern time we can ship today so you will have your animal tomorrow morning!
Payment: We accept most forms of payment including Credit Cards, PayPal and wire transfers.
Payment Plans: Payment Terms ($350 Minimum Order)
*We offer payment plans for animals priced $350 or more. For orders between $350 and $749 the payment terms are the following. A minimum deposit of 33% is required to hold the animal and the balance must be paid in full within 30 days. After the down payment is received we will mark him/her with your name and the animal will be removed for sale from the website. We will feed and care for you animal while the payment plan is being completed. Please do not enter into a payment plan unless you intend to finish. All payments are Non-Refundable.
*After 30 days If the Invoice is not paid All Payments will be forfeited and applied to the care of your reserved animal unless other arrangements have been made. The reserved animal will be offered for sale again. Incomplete Payment Plans are Non-Refundable.
For orders between $750 and $2000 the payment terms are the following. A minimum deposit of 33% is required to hold the animal and the balance must be paid in full within 60 days. After the down payment is received we will mark him/her with your name and the animal will be removed for sale from the website. We will feed and care for you animal while the payment plan is being completed. Please do not enter into a payment plan unless you intend to finish. All payments are Non-Refundable.
*After 60 days If the Invoice is not paid All Payments will be forfeited and applied to the care of your reserved animal unless other arrangements have been made. The reserved animal will be offered for sale again. Incomplete Payment Plans are Non-Refundable.
To arrange a payment plan please contact us via Text Message at 407-739-1614. Sorry but we cannot accept payment plans for orders less than $350.
*Shipping will only be done after Payment plan is Complete. We never ship until an animal is paid in FULL.
Live Arrival Guarantee: All animals are guaranteed to arrive to you Live, in good condition and correctly sexed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will replace any animal for the cost of the return freight if notified within 24 hours of receipt.
We cannot offer any cash refunds or credit card refunds, exchange only. No refunds on any payments.
*Note: The Live Arrival guarantee is VOID if we are provided incomplete or erroneous shipping information. Remember these are live animals, please be thorough and provide us with complete and correct shipping information so that your shipment will arrive at the scheduled time.
