About
Josh's Frogs LLC was founded by Joshua Willard, a poison dart frog hobbyist and vivarium enthusiast, in 2004. Josh originally operated the business out of his basement and garage, but his dedication to customer service and quality supplies quickly caused the business to grow. In 2008 Josh's Frogs moved to Owosso, Michigan. In 2013, we moved into a new building in Owosso where Josh's Frogs now employs over 30 people, and has become the largest producer of captive bred poison dart frogs in the United States, and probably the world. We also work with other varieties of frogs and toads from all over the world.
Store Policy
United States shipping only.
All animal inquiries will be given a link to the animal to purchase. No need to give us your zipcode. All animals ship $39.99 flat rate, no matter how many are shipped together.
We do not sell sexed animals unless specifically stated on the animal's page. Juveniles are too young and cannot be sexed.
We do not accept Morphmarket gift cards.
All animal shipments are sent via Fedex Priority Overnight. Temperatures are checked by our team at the time of scheduling and the day of shipment to ensure safety for your animals! Josh's Frogs guarantees that all animals will arrive alive and in good health, provided that:
Someone is there to accept the package on the first delivery attempt, or the package is picked up by noon the day of arrival if the package is held at a Fedex Hub or Print and Ship Center for pickup.
Failure to meet these guidelines will void Josh's Frogs Live Arrival and Health Guarantee.
Claims on Animals
If animals arrive deceased or in poor condition, Josh's Frogs requires that:
The customer notifies us of the condition of the animal(s) within 1 hour of arrival via email at [email protected], or at 1 800 691 8178.
Picture(s) of the animal(s) must be sent by 4pm EST day of arrival to [email protected].
Failure to meet these guidelines will void Josh's Frogs Live Arrival and Health Guarantee.
Josh's Frogs offers a 3-day health guarantee on all animals purchased from Josh's Frogs.
In the case of an animal arriving in not perfect condition, Josh's Frogs extends the health guarantee to 14 days.
The customer notifies us of the condition of the animal(s) within 1 hour of arrival via email at [email protected], or at 1 800 691 8178.
Picture(s) of the animal(s) must be sent by 4pm EST day of arrival to [email protected].
If the animal(s) is/are not perfect at the end of 14 days, a refund or replacement will be sent.
Failure to meet these guidelines will void Josh's Frogs Live Arrival and Health Guarantee.
