Policies
We at Kraken Reptiles do our best to provide you with a seamless and positive experience. Animals are represented honestly and are guaranteed to be healthy at the time of delivery. If you are not satisfied with the animal(s) received, you must contact us within 48 hours for a refund. Said customer will be responsible for all return costs and arrangements including shipping. Animals returned to us will be quarantined for 72 hours to ensure the health of the animals before the refund is returned to the customer. DOA's must be notified within 2 hours of confirmed delivery. We are not responsible for one's poor husbandry or lack of knowledge. We reserve the right to refuse sales to one we have determined to lack proper knowledge or experience to care for an animal.

Shipping
Prices are in US Dollars and do not include shipping.
Shipping will be determined and included in the total final price.
Shipping is free on orders to the USA totaling $1500USD or more.
Orders will be shipped once balance has been paid in full.

Domestic and International Shipping
Shipping costs are determined and included in the final price.
It is the responsibility of the customer to be aware of importation laws and customs that may apply to their country of residence.

Payment Plans
Payment plans are available upon orders of $1000 or more but please be aware that your deposit is non-refundable.
We ask a minimum 25% deposit with a 30-90 day period (on average) to pay the remaining sum.
Orders will not be shipped out until the balance is paid in full.

Live Arrivals
We only ship if the weather is permitting. Our animals are guaranteed to reach you alive and healthy.
DOA's must be reported within TWO HOURS of delivery.
Our live guarantee is void if the customer was not present to receive the package or if the customer provided the wrong shipping information.
NOTE: You will, more often than not, receive a call from us within the hour of us being notified that the package was delivered. This is to confirm that it was actually delivered.

Guarantee
We personally guarantee that the genetics of the animal(s) are correct (to the best of our ability), the sex(es) of the animal(s), and the animal(s) are healthy. We cannot guarantee that they will be feeding at the time of purchase/shipping due to the nature of shipping live animals.

MorphMarket's Default Store Policy specifies any terms which have not been overridden by this Seller's stated policy.
