Store Policy

-All sales final. 25% non-refundable deposit required to hold a particular animal or animals. Shipping will occur when the temps at all locations (point of origin, any hubs and destination) are above 40 and below 90 degrees. Shipping will be done on Monday-Thursday. Shipping outside of those temps or days will be left to the discretion of the Buyer but will void any live arrival guarantee.
-Cancellation before shipping will be issued as a credit toward the purchase price of another animal only. Any animal paid in full at time of purchase will have a 25% holding/deposit fee subtracted from the amount paid prior to issuing a refund. For payment plans, payments will be issued as credit, minus the 25% holding/deposit fee. No cash refunds, all are given as credit toward another purchase.
-Live arrival guarantee: Not responsible for delays or errors made by shipping company. Buyer assumes all responsibility for any DOA resulting from delays or errors made by the shipping company. Shipping insurance can be purchased separately to cover some cases in DOAs. Someone must be at the address to sign for shipment on the first delivery attempt. Any problems must be reported within 1 hour of shipment arrival. Timestamped pictures and or video may be require as proof. Refunds for DOAs will be issued as a credit toward the purchase of another animal only, no cash refunds. Refunds are for the purchase price of the animal only and does not include the price of shipping.

MorphMarket's Default Store Policy specifies any terms which have not been overridden by this Seller's stated policy.
