UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE: WE ARE CURRENTLY SHIPPING ON TUESDAYS FOR NEXT DAY PICKUP AT YOUR NEAREST AUTHORIZED FEDEX SHIP CENTER ONLY. THANK YOU FOR UNDERSTANDING.
Buyers must be 18 years of age.
We guarantee live delivery when held for pickup at your nearest authorized FedEx Ship Center and picked up within 4 hours of arrival. If there are any issues with the animal upon delivery, we must be notified immediately. If a replacement is warranted, we will either ship a similar animal from our stock or issue a refund. Sex is guaranteed but must be verified within 24 hours of receiving your animal. We do not guarantee the disposition of the animal.
Genetics: Animals listed as Het are guaranteed. Advertised ID's are our opinion based on the pairing used to produce the animal. As some genes can be difficult to ID 100% in combinations, we make our best theoretical guess based on the genetics possible in the clutch, our experience, research, and the opinion of other experienced breeders.
We accept cash, postal money orders, bank transfer, PayPal, Venmo, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. No animal will leave JSA Reptiles until paid in full and all funds have cleared.
Sales are made on a first come, first served basis once all terms are agreed upon by both parties. No animal will be held until payment/deposit is received.
We allow payment plans on sales over $1000.00 . Payment plans require a 25% non-refundable deposit and payment in full within 60 days. Conditions of payment can be discussed during the initial order. During this time, we will continue to feed and care for the animal as we do all of our others. If full payment is not received within 60 days, we reserve the right to put the animal back up for sale. If it sells prior to receiving your final payment, you will receive a full credit for funds above the initial 25% non-refundable deposit paid to put toward a future purchase with us. You are responsible for keeping up your end of the payment agreement. We will not be responsible for contacting with reminders.
ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE UNLESS WE ARE UNABLE TO DELIVER YOUR ANIMAL DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE WEATHER CONDITIONS.
All sales are final.
We are FedEx Certified and ship via FedEx Express Overnight for next day delivery. We ship in insulated boxes with heat or cool packs as needed. All shipments will be weather permitting and subject to change as weather conditions change. The health & well-being of our animals are our highest priority. As shipping rates vary to different areas, please contact us for quote.
Shipments within the U.S. only at this time.
We are experienced with exports, but all arrangements must be made by the buyer.
AUCTIONS:
No payment plans for auction animals. Shipping will be paid by auction winner. Payment must be made within 24 hours of auction going final.
