Store Policy
Payment-
A 25% non refundable deposit is required to hold/confirm availability of any animal you wish to purchase.
We offer payment plans for sales over $300. A non-refundable 25% deposit must be paid up front and the balance paid off within 60 days before receiving animal.
Accepting payment through PayPal and Venmo
Shipping-
We ship out Mon-Wed through ShipYourReptiles (FedEx Priority Overnight) temperature and weather permitting . Shipping is done between 35-90 degrees Fahrenheit
If you are not present at the first delivery attempt, the live arrival guarantee is VOID.
*At this time we are only delivering to Fedex HUBs*
Any issues with delivery or the snake is dead on arrival, it must be reported within 2 hours of arrival. If failure to do so, the terms of service is considered VOID. Pictures or videos of DOA animal will be required before refund or replacement is issued.
Our animals are guaranteed healthy and as advertised.
