Store Policy

General Sales: I reserve the right to refuse sales to anyone that I feel is not fit to care for and/or maintain any animals I sell.

General Terms: Any and all customers are expected to have basic knowledge of what they are purchasing. I shall not be held responsible for any mistakes or accidents brought on by the customer. If you have any questions about any of the animals available, please feel free to ask, I'm always more than happy to help and give any and all information needed.

Shipping
The price of shipping is a flat rate of $50 for one or two small animals in a small box (8×8×7).
Larger animals that require a bigger box (13×10×7) usually costs around $80 - $120.
Free shipping on orders over $1000.

Live Arrival Guarantee
Any and all animals are guaranteed to arrive alive, in good health, and correctly sexed. Animals will only be shipped with appropriate shipping temperatures. Also, you must be there to accept the package; otherwise the guarantee will be void.

Health Guarantee
All snakes purchased from me are guaranteed healthy and always represented honestly to the best of my ability. Please open the shipping box and inspect all animals upon receipt, if you are unhappy with your purchase I must be notified within the first 24 hours. Once the animal is in the customer's hands, I cannot control what the customer does or the new environment the animal is in, so this is as far as the guarantee runs. All of my snakes are guaranteed eating in my care, due to the change of environment I cannot guarantee that a snake will continue to eat on the same routine it was for me. When a snake does not eat, it is not a valid reason for replacement or credit to be given. I am always available to help with any advice on getting the animal to eat, I want you to have success with any animals purchased and will always give my full attention to helping get the animal started for you.

Payment
Payment must be received in full before shipment or pick up of any and all animals.

Payment Plans
Depending on the animal or item, payment plans can be done on most orders over $500. Payment plans can last up to 60 days unless discussed otherwise. Payments must be made weekly or bi-weekly. Please be sure you intend to purchase the animal before entering into a payment plan. Any payment made is non-refundable. A deposit is required to start a payment plan. If I am unable to supply the animal purchased, a full refund will be given.

Deposits
If you would like me to hold an animal or item, a 20% nonrefundable deposit is required. When holding an animal, I will continue to feed it on its normal routine and continue to take care of it as if it were my own until shipped.

MorphMarket's Default Store Policy specifies any terms which have not been overridden by this Seller's stated policy.
