Moonbeam Geckos is a division of Jungle John® Entertainment (www.junglejohn.com) and provides captive-bred, organically-fed leopard geckos in many beautiful color phases. We have 35+ years of expert experience for the healthiest, happiest geckos! If you have the "space", consider a Moonbeam Geckos "astronaut" to fill it!
Moonbeam is owned by the LaMedica family/Jungle John® Entertainment. Jungle John is a professional zookeeper by education; he supervised a zoo for 7 years before leaving in 1988 to start his own Company. Jungle John has been studying and keeping reptiles for over 50 years; during this time he has perfected the breeding of the leopard geckos you see with Moonbeam. Jungle John’s son, Nick LaMedica, is his business partner and operations director; wife Susan runs the sales and marketing.

Moonbeam Geckos takes great pride in providing you with the happiest, healthiest, geckos. In addition to our wonderful gecko "astronauts", Great Customer Service is paramount to our company, and we strive to earn 5**** ratings from all of our customers! When considering a purchase from Moonbeam, we are happy to arrange FaceTime or Venmo viewings to see the gecko or to discuss care.
The Moonbeam Geckos Guarantee
We have over 40 years of experience with reptiles. We guarantee that the gecko you see pictured is the gecko you will receive. We guarantee the health of our geckos, kept under proper conditions, for 30-days from the time of arrival. All of our geckos are born and bred at our facility, unless otherwise noted. We can guarantee the sex of the adult leopard geckos; however, juveniles will be marked as "TSF or TSM - Temperature Sexed Female or Male. This is normally accurate (90%), but the sex of your gecko cannot be guaranteed until it reaches maturity. If you are new to keeping leopard geckos and are purchasing a juvenile, please note that their patterns will change as they mature. Although we cannot guarantee temperament, our geckos are handled regularly and are generally very docile.

The "Store Ratings" section should never be used as a first point for any problem/concern resolution, and we appreciate the opportunity to address any issues directly and promptly. We do sleep occasionally, but we try to be available as close to 24/7 as possible!
Purchasing your Moonbeam Gecko
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from Moonbeam Geckos. We accept VENMO, CashApp, Credit Card (VISA/MC) or PayPal. Full payment is required before we ship to you. We will hold a gecko for 24 hours at no charge; a 50% deposit is required to hold beyond that point for up to one week. Special arrangements can be made for longer holds; a care fee will be charged at that time. Deposits are non-refundable.
Shipping
We ship our geckos FedEx Priority Express Overnight. Shipping days are Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. We reserve the right to withhold shipping if we do not deem the temperature appropriate for the safety of the geckos (below 40 degrees or above 85 degrees in most cases). We ship in size-appropriate styrofoam-lined boxes designed specifically for shipping live animals, and use hot or cold packs when needed. We will not ship around holidays (between 12/14/20 - 1/11/21) for the safety of the animals; local pick-up in Delaware can be arranged. In order for our Moonbeam Guarantee to be in force (see above), you MUST be available to receive the gecko when FedEx arrives (on the first delivery attempt). Moonbeam Geckos should be notified within one hour of arrival. At this time, FedEx is not requiring signatures and the package will be left at your door. This will void the "Guaranteed Live Arrival" policy. Please note that we will make every effort for smooth transit of our animals; however, once they leave our facility there are some things beyond our control. Moonbeam Geckos must be contacted within 1 hour of arrival if there is a problem with your animal. Photos and videos will be required. If a replacement is deemed warranted, the buyer will be responsible for shipping fees.
