About
I am a hobby collector and very small breeder to further my own collection and will have a few to sell each year that wont be used for my own projects. I am especially interested in Desert Ghost and Pied. My animals are treated as pets and are of great quality and are from exceptional lines and all cared for to the highest standard.
I can ship to the UK and Europe at the buyers expense.

Definitions
Refund policy.
All animals sold will be in good health at the time of selling, to the best of the sellers knowledge on what can be seen externally on the animal.
The animal will be feeding regularly and will be eliminating and shedding well.
The refund policy on the live animal bought will only cover the first 24 hours.
In the unlikely event that at animal shows signs of poor health with 24hours of acquiring the animal then a full refund will be made and the seller will arrange collection of the animal.
Proof of Ill health will be required through videos.
After 24hrs conditions outside of the sellers control could be responsible for any poor health, such as incorrect heating, handling or other environmental factors.

• Payments, Deposits and Refunds
•
• Deposits are non-refundable if the Buyer backs out of a deal. If Seller does not specify that payments are non-refundable or sales are final, or does not specify the percentage of the sale that represents the non-refundable deposit, that amount shall not exceed 20% of the asking price.

• If Seller backs out of a deal that Buyer has paid money into, Seller is responsible to pay back 100% of the money, including any portion labeled as non-refundable.

• If Seller fails to ship the order for more than 7 days after it was paid in full in a single payment and did not communicate that delay (e.g., weather conditions) to the Buyer before the payment, then the Seller may forfeit all rights to any non-refundable portions and owe the Buyer a 100% refund if/when they ask for it, subject to MorphMarket’s discretion.

• If Seller goes 10 days or more without a response to Buyer that has given them money and not yet received the animal, then the Seller may forfeit all rights to any non-refundable portions and owe the Buyer a 100% refund if/when they ask for it, subject to MorphMarket’s discretion.

• Animal Attributes

• Seller guarantees that the animal being delivered is exactly the one represented in the ad, unless otherwise stipulated in the ad with the use of an official Representative Photo.

• If Seller ships the wrong animal as proven by the Buyer, they are responsible for FRR if they cannot send out the original animal.
•
• Claim Period is 4 hours and Return Period is 1 week.
•
• Seller guarantees the sex of the animal being delivered, unless clearly stated on the ad that the sex is unknown or not certain.

• If Seller ships a wrongly-sexed animal as proven by the Buyer, they are responsible for FRR.

• Claim Period is 3 days and Return Period is 1 week.
•
• Seller guarantees that the animal delivered will be at least 80% of the advertised weight and length. (For this reason it’s recommended to advertise the “dry” weight).

• If the animal received is less than 80%, as proven by the Buyer, Seller is responsible for FRR.
•
• Claim Period is 4 hours and Return Period is 1 week.

• Animal Health
•
• Seller guarantees the animal was shipped out in a healthy state.
•
• Seller can arrange courier and delivery at the buyers expense.
•
• If an animal dies or is lost due to Seller negligence in shipping then Seller is responsible for FRR. This item may not be overridden as it is specified in the Shipping section of MorphMarket’s Rules.
•
• If the animal is substantially sick or injured as proven by the Buyer (with photos and videos, as needed) immediately on receipt of the animal, then Seller is responsible for FRR.
•
• Claim Period is 4 hours and Return Period is 1 week.
•
• Seller is not responsible for animal temperament.
MorphMarket's Default Store Policy
specifies any terms which have not been overridden by this Seller's stated policy.
