Store Policy

Shipping Policy.
Once the full payment has been received for your gecko you can schedule to have him/her shipped. We ship via FedEx Priority Overnight. We only ship when day and night-time temperatures are between 40 and 85 degrees. If weather conditions do not allow for shipping, your gecko will be held at no additional charge until conditions improve and are safe for travel. Shipments must be scheduled at least 2 to 3 business day in advance.

Shipping Cost.
FedEx Priority Overnight Shipping is $40-60. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally at this time.

Shipping Information Provided.
Please be sure to double, - triple, - check the shipping information you provide when ordering a gecko. We are NOT responsible if the shipment information you gave is incorrect.

Holds & Payment Plans.
A 20% non-refundable down payment puts the gecko on a purchase hold. We will hold your gecko for up to 30 days, at the end of which the full payment is due. If the *full payment* is not made by the end of the 30 days, we will put the gecko back up for sale and you will forfeit your down payment. Under no circumstance are payments refunded. No exceptions.

MorphMarket's Default Store Policy specifies any terms which have not been overridden by this Seller's stated policy.
