Store Policy
You can pay through facebook messenger, venmo, or paypal. If you add buyer protection services on paypal I will have to add a 3% paypal fee to the total cost. Discount available to anyone who can pick up locally.
Payment plans are accepted for animals over $200. I require a 25%, non-refundable deposit to hold the animal - and I will hold it for you for up to a month, with the rest of the total to be paid off by the end of the 30 day period after the deposit is received. Animals greater than $1000 can be held and paid off over a 60 day period. All sales are final.
Shipping is done through SYR and live arrival is 100% guaranteed AS LONG AS YOU ARE THERE TO RECEIVE THE PACKAGE. I have never had a DOA but if that ever happens I will send out a replacement animal and cover shipping or refund you 100%. If an animal is received dead or injured from shipping this must to be reported to me within half an hour (thirty minutes) of delivery or this guarantee is voided. Live arrival/on-time arrival insurance is available through SYR.
