Hobby breeder of leopard geckos. I breed for quality over quantity and will require proof that my geckos are going to good homes (just need a willingness to learn proper care).
Store Policy
Holds:
Geckos may be placed on hold with a minimum 20% non-refundable deposit of the total cost. If placed on hold, the outstanding balance must be paid in full within 30 days of the date of the initial down payment.
Geckos may be held for shipping at no extra cost.
If at any time you change your mind about buying a gecko after making a payment, we reserve the right to keep a 20% non-refundable deposit, so please be 100% sure you wish to purchase a gecko. Funds can be transferred to another gecko at no extra cost at any time before shipping.
Payment is accepted through PayPal. We can also accept credit card payment via PayPal.
No refunds will be issued after geckos are paid in full. If you decide you no longer want the gecko(s) after they are paid in full, you can release your hold on the gecko and receive credit equal to the price of the gecko(s) minus the 20% non-refundable deposit. If shipping has been paid, that may be refunded to you.
Shipping:
Geckos will be shipped weather-permitting at both locations. We reserve the right to wait to ship until we are completely comfortable with the shipping weather. Geckos may be shipped with a heat or cold pack, depending on the weather, at no extra cost. Some geckos are more sensitive to temperature and the shipping windows may be smaller.
We ship FedEx Priority Overnight, through Reptiles2You, to the lower 48 states. Cost of shipping depends on location; contact us with a zip code to receive a free shipping quote.
We ship Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday for next day delivery. Geckos are typically delivered before 11am the following day, however, delays can occur. We are not responsible for any delays, but we pack well and are willing to work with you should a delay occur. Geckos will be held at the closest FedEx facility.
Pickup may be arranged at any expos we attend, or if you are in or around Montana. Geckos must be paid for in full before a meeting is arranged.
All information provided will be completely confidential.
If we lose contact with you, effort will be made to contact you for two weeks before you will be refunded all but the 20% non-refundable deposit and your gecko(s) will be made available again for others. Please inform us ahead of time if you know you will be out of contact so we do not think you have backed out.
We offer a 2 week health guarantee for all of our geckos. Please contact us immediately if you notice any problems with your gecko(s) and you will be given credit equal to the cost of said gecko(s) upon their return. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
IMPORTANT: We must be notified within an hour of receiving your gecko(s). Please take an unboxing video in case of DOA (Dead On Arrival). Pictures are appreciated upon safe arrival.
You must be available to receive your package at your door. You may also ask for your package to be held at the FedEx Ship Center. If you have your package held, you must pick it up that day. All packages must be signed for.
If these terms are violated, the health guarantee is considered null and void.
Health guarantee does not include: pet or child attacks, burns, getting caught in an enclosure door, choking on feeder insects which were too large, or tail loss. Refunds are subject to questions about your husbandry practices as well as photo or video proof of injury or death.
We reserve the right to refuse sale. Any person under the age of 18 must have a parent/guardian’s consent.
