About
We are a small business down in the heart of Texas. We were founded in 2019, however we have owned and bred animals as a side hobby for years! We are constantly looking to expand and improve our reptiles. We currently specialize in leopard geckos, but will be adding hognose snakes to our list of assets soon!
Store Policy
Shipping:
All animals are shipped via FedEx overnight (one day) shipping. Animals will only be shipped once weather conditions are suitable. If the animal cannot be shipped directly to your residence due to temperature restrictions, it will be shipped to the closest shipping facility where you will have to pick them up.
Payment:
We take PayPal primarily, but other payment options are sometimes considered. If you are wanting to use an alternative payment, it must be agreed to by both parties before transaction is complete.
Payment Plans:
Payment plans are considered with animals over $250. We offer 30 day payment plans where the buyer can pay whatever amount, whenever as long as the animal is paid in full by the end of the 30 days. In the event that the weather is unsuitable around the end of the 30 days, we will hold the animal until the weather clears up with no penalty to the buyer. We want to ensure your animal gets to you healthy and happy no matter what!
Holds/Reserving an Animal:
The animal you are looking at will not be held or reserved for you until a deposit of 30% of price is made. The deposit is non-refundable.
Temperature Sexed Animals:
Animals marked as TSM or TSF are not guaranteed to be a certain gender. They are estimates until we can be 100% certain.
Live Animal Guarantee:
All animals coming from us are guaranteed live upon arrival ONLY if the animal is signed for at the door. We are not responsible for DOA’s if they are left on the porch to sit. If the animal is dead upon arrival, you must contact us within an hour of arrival with pictures/proof or it will be void. Are animals are guaranteed to be alive and healthy but in the result of an accident we will gladly help to rectify the situation. All animals are also guaranteed to be actively eating.
Shipment and enclosure change is stressful for all types of animals. Animals need time to acclimate before their first feeding. Allow the animal to de-stress and warm up slowly. Do not handle them for the first 48 hours. We are more than happy to answer any questions you might have about your new pet or project. Thank you so much for checking out Allegro Reptiles!
