Store Policy

We accept, CashApp, Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal. Shipping costs are added to the purchase price. We use ShipYourReptiles.com to schedule our overnight deliveries. We pass on the exact cost of the shipping to you. When inquiring about one of our animals please include your zip code so that we can tell you what the exact shipping cost will be.

Animals: All animals are guaranteed healthy, genetically accurate, sexed babies accurate as possible, and feeding regularly on appropriately sized F/T prey item unless otherwise noted, We must be notified within 24 hours of delivery of any concerns.

Live Arrival Guarantee/Shipping: Animals are shipped FedEx via home delivery or hub pick up based on seller discretion. All animal deliveries must be signed for on the first delivery attempt or retrieved from the FedEx hub location with in 2 hours after the package is made available for pick up. Failure to comply voids the live arrival guarantee. In the unlikely event your animal arrives expired, we must be notified immediately and no later than 2 hours after delivery of the package for a replacement or refund. Photo documentation is required.
