Store Policy
Store policy. SHIPPING-
Shipping only available in the states, we reserve the right to hold snakes that are ready to ship if the weather isn’t sufficient at both the departure & arrival location. We will put snakes on hold if you put a deposit and make payments, soon as paid in full we will ship weather permitting.
LIVE ARRIVAL-
Live arrival is always guaranteed when shipped to a FedEx HUB. Live arrival is also guaranteed as long as someone is there at time of delivery. If no one is there & a issues comes up it will be on buyer.
DOA-
we have yet to have this happen, but it does happen. In the event of a dead on arrival you will have to contact us within 1 hr after receiving the animal. Video & photo evidence will be required
REFUNDS-
we do not offer refunds. sales are FINAL. However We will offer refunds in the event something happens before the snake gets to you. After the animal has been in your care we cannot guarantee the health due to improper conditions.
PROPERLY SEXED-
All animals are properly sexed & guarantee the sex of the animal.
All of our babies on morph market are above 80grams and have eaten atleast 4 consecutive meals without assistance to ensure they Are well established prior to go through the stress of being shipped. We do offer local pickup aswell.
