We are a small, family-run breeder of ball pythons. We ship all over the United States.
Store Policy
Snakes are not considered yours without a down payment of at least 25% on snakes valued at $500+ (50% minimum down under $500)! DOWN PAYMENT IS NON-REFUNDABLE! We do not hold snakes without a deposit. If making payments, we do not accept offers; if we are giving you extra time to come up with the money, you’ll be responsible for the full price.
Payment plan lengths are as follows: 14 days paid in full for anything under $500, 30 days for $500-$1,000, 60 days for $1,000-$1,500, 90 days $1,500 and over.
Payment accepted via PayPal, buyer pays shipping (based on destination zip code) as well as shipping supplies (we buy supplies and ship through www.shipyourreptiles.com) All deliveries must be signed for by someone 18 years or older. We ship Monday through Wednesday only or offer local pick-up in the Spokane area 7 days a week.
Health, sex and genetics are guaranteed.
All DOAs must have photographic proof sent to us within 30 minutes of arrival for a refund to be issued.

Please try to avoid any phone calls before 12:00 PM as mornings are spent caring for our collection and preparing shipments for customers. Texts are fine during all business hours. None of our animals ship same day; if you pay for your animal on a Monday, it will ship Tuesday (unless prior arrangements have been made to delay shipping); if you pay for your animal on a Tuesday, it will ship Wednesday (unless prior arrangements have been made to delay shipping); etc. This is to make sure we aren’t making 3 or 4 trips to the FedEx hub every day and also helps ensure we aren’t rushing to get that last shipment together and we miss their cut off time for Express drop offs and multiple customers become affected.
