We currently send invoices to your email from the square app. PayPal is ok if sent through friends and family only.
Store policy. Shipping
Snakes will be shipped according to the weather. Plans will be made after purchases to guarantee safe shipment. Shipping will done on Tuesday or Wednesday only by FedEx Priority overnight.
Priority overnight shipping is included on all orders.
We will ship to fed ex hub ONLY. If you choose to have the animal sent to your home or a different destination all safe arrival guarantees will be void.
Guarantee
Our responsibility to you as a customer is to provide you with a quality reptile and genetics as advertised. Every reptile we sell is guaranteed to arrive healthy. All hets are 100% hets unless otherwise noted ex: possible het, 66% het, or 50% het.
Sex of the animal is 100% guaranteed
Please check your reptile immediately upon arrival. If anything arrives DOA, the box is damaged, or something is missing please contact us with in 2 hours of delivery. Please make sure to be home to sign for your new arrival on the first delivery attempt. You must give us your full address along with any apartment or suite numbers as needed. Providing the wrong or incomplete shipping address will void any guarantee
Payment Plans
We require a 25% non-Refundable deposit to hold the animal and we allow 30 Days to pay the remaining balance on animals over $500. We do not offer payment plans on animals under $500 unless other wise discussed.
Animals over $3,000 we require a 25% non refundable deposit and the rest be paid within 90 Days unless other wise discussed.
