Here at Kelcifers's Dragons I strive to produce the best Burmese pythons, ball pythons, Tegus and a handful of other various species. My animals are healthy and happy and well socialized.
Store Policy
Store policy. I ship Fed Ex Priority overnight to your door. In the unlikely event that there's a doa, I will need to know within 30 minutes of delivery with photos and or a video clip of the doa for a refund or replacement.
I will not ship until i confirm the order with you and confirm that you will have someone home to receive your new pet. I ship weather permitting, using heat packs, cool packs, insulated boxes or anything else I need to in order to ensure the safe arrival of your new purchase. However if it's under 30°f or over 90°f I will hold off shipping to ensure the safety of my animals to you. I have been shipping and selling for over 15 years and have an amazing track record getting my customers their animals in a safe timely manner. I offer a 24 hour guarantee that you receive a healthy animal. After that I cannot be held responsible for any issues with the animal after it's been in your care. I have the right to refuse sales if I don't feel you as a customer can provide the proper care for one of my animals. I care greatly about their well being and could care less about making a dime.
