We are a small breeder of healthy and high-end Leopard Geckos. All of our Geckos are well taken care of and we guarantee to be in perfect health upon arrival.

Payment
Payment Plans are available on purchases of $500 or more. In order to hold a gecko(s), the minimum deposit is $100 or 25% of the price, whichever is greater. The order must be paid in full within 30 days. All deposits and payments are NON-REFUNDABLE, however are transferable to another gecko we have up for sale within 30 days, otherwise the deposits will be forfeited. The geckos that are on sale/discounted will not be part of the payment plans.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Payment must be receive in full before shipment or delivery of any animals. We accept Zelle and Paypal. Other payments with credit cards & debit cards can be processed in the form of Paypal.

Shipping
We only ship Tuesdays and Wednesdays via FedEx Overnight Reptiles2You.
We will not ship your Leopard Gecko until we confirm the order & shipping address with you and confirm that you will have someone at the address provided to receive it. If the incorrect shipping information is provided, guarantees are nullified. Shipping will only proceed during proper weather. We always recommend for you to pick-up your gecko at your nearest FedEx hub. This is the SAFEST and most RELIABLE method, BUT you must do so within two hours or guarantees are nullified.
We aim for 15 grams and above before we start to ship our geckos to make sure it is eating well and healthy.
Our top priority here is the safety and health of our geckos. We are not responsible for delays by the carrier or other issues caused by carrier.

Dead On Arrival (DOAs & Returns):
If your Leopard Gecko is DOA, you must notify us within an hour upon receiving your Leopard Gecko. The time will be determined by the receipt time FedEx provides online of the delivery. An e-mail or text message with a photo of the exact Leopard Gecko must be receive within the notify time frame or all guarantees are nullified. Their tail will sometime drop during shipment but very rare, tail drop does not qualify for a refund.
We do not accept returns on live animal purchases unless the Leopard Gecko was DOA

Health Guarantee
We offer 14 days health guarantee on all of our geckos, as long as proper husbandry is provided. Proof of illness or death is required. This health guarantee does not cover injury sustained after arrival, such as injury sustained from other pets, tail loss, burns from inappropriate enclosure, etc.

Sexing
We can NEVER guarantee an animal’s gender, especially with temperature-sexed. We will provide either it is a Temperature Sexed Male (TSM) or Temperature Sexed Female (TSF). We do not tag an animal as either male or female without a great deal of confidence in either one.
