Reptile breeding is a hobby for me, so I operate on a relatively small scale. I'm not out to make a big name for myself, but I hope to meet or exceed the expectations of every customer I sell to. I know every animal I offer as an individual, not a serial number in a rack, and can provide detailed information on temperament, feeding preferences, etc. If you have any questions, feel free to send me a message. I do have a full time job that often requires me to work without cell service, so I appreciate your patience if I'm occasionally slow to respond. Except in extreme circumstances, you should always get a response from me within 24 hours though.
Store Policy
Animals are not considered sold or on hold until payment has been made. Due to excessive requests, I will no longer be providing additional photos of available animals unless you ask to see something specific that isn't clearly visible in the photos attached to my ads. I will make an exception to this if you request updated pictures of a juvenile 3 months or more since my ad was last updated.
All animals are shipped by FedEx overnight and live arrival is guaranteed except in the event of carrier delays beyond my control. I've never shipped a reptile that didn't arrive at its destination alive thus far, but in the event that an animal would be dead on arrival, I must be notified within 30 minutes of receipt ("receipt" is the time you sign for package at a hub or the time it is delivered to an address) and photos/video will be required for verification. All animals are guaranteed to be sexed correctly unless sold as unsexed. Sexes should be confirmed within 7 days of arrival and I must be notified within that time frame if you believe there has been an error.
If for any reason you aren't satisfied with your purchase upon arrival, it is my goal to remedy that, so please contact me upon arrival with any concerns and I'll be happy to work toward a resolution. Since the care and husbandry of the animals is out of my control after they leave my possession, I will not make any extended health guarantees after delivery. However, I will guarantee that any animals sent will be outwardly healthy and I will do my best to help you keep them that way by answering any husbandry related questions you may have.
