Store Policy
All geckos that are available will be posted here! All transactions will be done through PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, cashapp, or bank transfer. By purchasing or trading an animal from or with Keys Geckos, means you have read our TOS and agree to the conditions that are in the TOS. They will be shipped by overnight shipping almost always through FedEx. Any gecko that is shipped will be healthy prior, I will not ship out any unhealthy geckos. I am not responsible for the loss of a tail while the gecko is being shipped. Payment plans can be arranged but will start with a 25% non refundable down payment, once the payment plan is completely paid the gecko will be shipped. All payment plans must be completed within 30 days unless decided otherwise before purchase. If payment plan is longer then 30 days, Keys Geckos can adjust payment increase to cover holding costs. Discounts will be given on 2 or more geckos purchased at one time! In case of DOA please message me with proof (pictures etc) of the gecko within 2 hours after picking up. Further action will take place once DOA is legit and confirmed. Must be proven immediately after arrival. All geckos must be picked up from the respective hub within 2 hours or otherwise will be requested to be sent back. The death caused by other pets or incorrect care will not be refunded. Upon arrival whether purchased or traded for, there will be no refunds of any kind once shipment was received with a healthy gecko after 30 days. No LAG guarantee for international shipping. Geckos will only be shipped during appropriate weather conditions and meet a temperature of 32-95 Degrees. Ice/heat packs will be included if necessary. Please do research on how to care for the animal you are receiving prior to purchasing and obtain the correct enclosures/food for the animal prior of purchase.
