We are a small breeding facility that works with ball pythons, boas, Brazilian rainbow boas, sand boas, corn snakes, and king snakes while running an exotic pet store. We strive to produce the highest quality animals while maintaining a clean healthy environment for our reptiles.

TERMS OF SERVICE/ SALES/ SHIPPING LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE
You are responsible to know the laws for keeping reptiles in your area.
No animals shall be sold to anyone under the age of 18 years without parental consent.
We are currently shipping only within the United States
ORDERING:
All sales are first come first serve. Promises of a deposit or stating that you will send payment later in the day does not reserve the animal for you. We will only mark and animal as on hold or as sold with payment. Please feel free to order animals via this website. We will not ship animals until we have spoken to you and agreed upon shipping methods and dates. Morphs are ID'd to the best of my ability; some combinations can be very difficult to be 100% sure. All het's produced by us are 100% guaranteed.
SHIPPING:
Due to Covid -19 and an abundance of delays we are ONLY shipping to FedEx HUBS. We ARE NOT shipping to residential addresses. We are ONLY shipping on TUESDAYS and WEDNESDAYS for WEDNESDAY and THURSDAY pick up from hub. Shipping is weather permitting. We will generally only ship when temperatures are between 40-90 degrees at the departure city, arrival city of all FED EX hubs. We reserve the right to the final decision on whether we ship or not ship. We require an immediate inspection of each snake and confirmation of live arrival within 2 hours of delivery/pick up.
Shipping is available only after having paid for an order in full.
All animals shipped to your nearest Fed Ex hub are guaranteed to arrive alive, in good health, and correctly sexed for 2 hours from the time of pickup.
You must pick up your package at the Fed Ex hub within 2 hours of it being available for pickup; otherwise, this guarantee is null and void. We cannot be held responsible for shipping delays; we have no control of those.
After 2 hours all live arrival, health, and gender guarantees have expired and are no longer valid.
Animals that have passed as a result of the buyer will not be credited.
If an animal arrives DOA, video or picture's must be sent to our email or texted to me within two hours of the delivery time marked on the shipment. 24-hour health guarantee (all of our animals are completely healthy, and we would never send anyone an unhealthy snake).
We are not responsible for buyers remorse; All sales are final.
PROPERLY SEXED GUARANTEE:
While we double check all snakes before shipping via popping, errors can be made. In
the event you receive an animal that has been incorrectly sexed, and we are notified of the
error within 2 hours of receipt of the animal we will provide a shipping label to return the
animal. Upon arriving healthy back to our facility and being proven incorrectly sexed a
replacement animal if available will be sent at our cost. If an identical gene replacement is
not available, then either a full refund for the initial purchase price shall be issued minus the cost of shipping or an animal of similar value may be offered if buyer chooses. If the animal is determined correctly sexed “as sold” both incoming and outgoing shipping charges will be the sole responsibility of the Buyer.
HEALTH:
We guarantee the health of all of our snakes. Any snake that leaves our facility will be healthy and feeding regularly. If there is any known health issue of any kind, it will be discussed in person or in writing before the sale and documented on sales receipt.
We guarantee that each reptile produced by or raised by us is done so with the utmost respect, love, and care. Our reptiles are housed in the appropriately sized rack systems or enclosure, with correct heat and humidity at ALL times. They are fed high quality rats produced by us. Feeding time is generally on Tuesday. They are cleaned and watered as needed and checked daily. We are confident all our snakes are raised in the absolute healthiest environment.
We guarantee that all snakes are feeding regularly at the time of sale. Hatchlings will be fed a minimum of 3 meals and will go through at least one shed before leaving our care. We breed our own rats and feed live. On occasion, we may feed mice. We DO NOT guarantee the feeding response of any snake once it leaves our facility. We will be available at all times to help with any questions. NO REFUNDS will be offered due to lack of feeding response.
We cannot guarantee that our reptiles will thrive in your environment as it is impossible to know if your environment meets the reptile’s everyday needs. For any reptile that displays no feeding response, we promise to be available to answer questions and will give as much help and insight as possible for any reptile that does not feed in its new environment. We DO NOT guarantee that any reptiles will feed under your care.

Payment must be received in full before shipment or delivery of any animals.
REFUNDS:
Refunds will be not given for “buyer’s remorse” Please be sure to educate yourself on what is needed and what it will cost to properly care for and raise the reptile of your choice. While we do guarantee to sell you a healthy, feeding reptile at the time of delivery/pick up, it cannot be guaranteed to us that the reptile will be cared for in the same manner as we provided at our facility
All sales are final & We do not accept any returns unless animal was DOA and can be replaced with anything available on-site handling errors are your responsibility.
