About
We are a family of three producing quality ball pythons. We started with our first ball python in 2019 and have continued adding to our collection over the years. We have a true passion for this hobby, and continue to improve our breeding plans and collection as time goes by. I am a full time firefighter and paramedic, and my wife is a product specialist in the medical field. Our daughter who is now 13 is the reason we fell in love with this hobby and art form. We strive to produce quality, and serve any customer with a quality ball python and provide the best customer service we can.
Store Policy
Payment:
We accept credit card through Paypal, Venmo, Zelle, Wires, Money Orders and Certified Checks. Payment is required in full prior to shipping.
Payment Plans:
Animals can be reserved with a 30% nonrefundable deposit on animals over $500 only, with the full balance due in 30-60 days, depending on the terms that we agree to. Failure to pay the balance in full within the determined terms will result in a forfeit of the 30% deposit. If we are unable to provide the animal purchased, a full refund will be provided.
Shipping:
All animals are guaranteed to arrive alive, correctly sexed, accurately represented, healthy and feeding. Animals will only be shipped with appropriate shipping temperatures, based on our discretion. We will not risk the health of the animal by shipping during extreme weather conditions. All animals are shipped FedEx Overnight to the nearest FedEx Hub. We only ship on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings. Shipping costs range between $50 and $100, depending on your location. A shipping quote will be provided upon request.
Guarantees:
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Killey's Morphs, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a resolution to the issue. The live animal guarantee is void if you are not present for the FedEx delivery. If there is a DOA, you must contact us within 1 hour of delivery. FedEx Hub deliveries must be picked up the day the animal arrives to the hub.
Returns:
Not offered at this time. We try to represent our animals accurately with great pictures and very descriptive ads. If you have any questions at all, please ask before committing to the purchase of an animal.
