Store Policy
Health and sex
Health and sex of the animals are guaranteed to be 100% accurate. Any issues with received shipments must be brought to light within 24 hours of receiving the animal.
IDs
When hatching multi gene animals often breeders will identify the combination of genes by making an educated guess based on past experience. All customers should understand the risk associated with purchasing an animal with a presumptive ID. Sometimes the animal you end up with may prove to have a different genetic make up than anticipated — sometimes containing more or fewer genes. Feel free to ask about the parental stock that produced the offspring and consider the outcome of the pairing. KMReptiles can only guarantee that multi-gene animals with a “Theoretical ID” will be identified to the best of our ability and will never intentionally mislead or deceive a customer regarding the genetic make up of an animal. The only ID for a trait that can be guaranteed are animals sold as “100% het” for a recessive trait.
Cryptic specific IDs
I produced what appeared to be a cryptic back in 2015. I used that female and produced several cryptic animals. Crossed them together and produced visuals and hets. Crossing my cryptics together has only produced cryptics, no clowns, so I am confident they are pure cryptics and not cryptons - but there is a chance the odds have just never given me a clown. I have not crossed my line with any other lines of cryptic yet.
Payment
Payment plans available on all purchases over $200. Payment plans under $2000 are one month unless otherwise agreed upon. Payment plans between $2-5000 are three months unless otherwise agreed upon. No animal is held without a deposit. Payment currently only accepted through Zelle.
Shipping:
Shipments that are insured through Ship Your Reptiles are subject to all guidelines prescribed on their website. Insurance is an additional cost to the standard shipping price and is to be agreed upon by both parties prior to payment and shipping unless otherwise agreed upon.
