Store Policy
SNAKE GUARANTEE:
All available snakes are guaranteed for health, sex and genetics. Photos listed within any of our sites, are photos taken by us, of the actual snake for sale. All snakes listed are produced by KMS (unless noted otherwise). Hatchlings for sale must consume 6 to 8 meals prior to shipping. Older snakes will be eating consistently before being shipped (Unless otherwise disclosed before sale). It is the Customers responsibility to insure owning a Ball Python is not prohibited in place in which they live. It is also the Customers responsibility to provide adequate housing and provide proper care once snake is acquired.
PAYMENT:
Payment will be accepted as follows:
- Pay Pal / Credit Cards
- Wire transfers
- Cash upon pick up only.
- Money orders / Personal Checks (Must clear before shipping)
Full payment is required before shipment is made.
DEPOSITS:
A 25% non-refundable deposit will be required to HOLD any snake. Full payment must be received prior to shipment.
Short term payment plans may be available based on purchase price of the snake and at our discretion only. If payment plan is agreed upon between KMS and the customer, and customer fails to comply with terms of agreement, all monies will be returned to customer, less the non-refundable deposit and any fees incurred by KMS.
SHIPPING:
We guarantee live arrival of all our animals, as long as we have spoken to the purchaser and have their guarantee to physically receive the package. Snakes will only be shipped during appropriate shipping temperatures (between 40-92 degrees) at both locations and with in the contiguous United States. Shipping is done through Ship Your Reptiles. Price for shipping will be based on zip code of where we are shipping. Quotes are available upon request. Customer must contact us immediately (within 1hour of arrival) if animal arrives deceased.
Live arrival Guarantee will be void if:
- Incorrect Address is provided by customer
- Customer is not physically there to receive package
-If shipped to a FedEx facility and the package is not picked up with in 2 hrs of arrival
Must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or have parental consent.
MorphMarket's Default Store Policy
specifies any terms which have not been overridden by this Seller's stated policy.
